My experience spans both large enterprises and high-growth startups, always with a focus on helping people and businesses grow, adapt, and thrive. I bring strategic depth and hands-on execution, whether advising senior leaders, designing enterprise programs, or rolling up my sleeves to get things done. I’m known for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams and for earning trust across cultures by aligning with what matters locally. As an ICF-certified coach, I also support individuals and teams to lead with clarity, resilience, and impact.​​

My Experience with (ICF) Coaching

​I first came across professional coaching about 10 years ago, but it felt vague at the time. I was using external vendors to offer coaching to teams I supported in a corporate setting, without fully understanding its impact. That changed in 2021, when I joined a fast-growing startup backed by a parent company with a rich history in professional coaching. I was lucky to learn deeply about coaching, experience powerful personal coaching myself, and help organizations tackle real business challenges - all while leading a global team. This experience inspired me to complete my own coach training. Since then, I’ve seen firsthand how practical and effective coaching can be for leaders, teams, and individuals.  Now, coaching is central to how I work and live. Whether you’re leading a company, managing your career, or navigating personal growth, ICF coaching can bring clarity, focus, and momentum when you need it most.

​​​​​​​AI and the Future of Work​​

​I’m actively building AI capability through executive education at MIT, focused on AI and digital transformation, and applying it to everyday work and strategic challenges. I apply AI to workforce development and future-ready talent strategies, exploring how tools like generative AI can enhance learning, organizational performance, and leadership. In my own work, I use AI to increase productivity, spark creativity, and streamline delivery - skills I now coach others to build into their own workflows, guiding clients and colleagues on how to integrate AI in practical, responsible ways.​ This growing capability enables me to support organizations exploring AI in the flow of work, particularly where domain expertise and human context need to align with new technology.
